Use the above Absentee Ballot Application if you will be out of the county on election day, are ill, or have a physical disability that prevents you from traveling to the polling place. You would also use this ballot if you are an appointed election officer or poll watcher at a polling place other than your regular polling place or you work a required shift of 10 hours or more that coincides with polling hours.
